1. Booking and confirmation

• Booking is possible through our website, WhatsApp or at the PushkinTravel office. After receiving the prepayment, you will receive a message confirming the booking.

• Depending on the type of excursion, the prepayment can be from 0% to 50% of the order amount.

2. Cancellation conditions

Regular excursions:

• Free cancellation is possible for 24 hours before the start of the tour.

• If cancelled later than 24 hours or after the start of the tour, the payment is non-refundable.

Excursions with trips abroad and/or flights:

• Cancellation is possible no later than 48 hours before the start.

• When cancelling for 24 hours You will be charged before the start 15% from the total amount.

• If cancelled during the trip or a few hours before: will be charged Full payment, as all tickets and services are pre-paid.

3. Changes to booking

All changes are discussed individually through PushkinTravel support. We reserve the right to refuse changes without explanation.

4. Important note about prices

• Prices are valid only for the current calendar month and are subject to change without notice in the event of a change in cost or routes.
